Our software is a patented smart vehicle parking management system. This system enables drivers to be optimally routed to the nearest parking space of their chosen target location inside a car park. Real-time parking guidance is provided to the drivers using a mobile app. The system further enables parking operators to maximise their expected daily revenue by optimally managing real-time traffic inside the car park, efficiently utilising available parking spaces and automatically participating in carbon trading schemes.

Our solution, in the way in which it enables optimal routing and guidance to drivers for parking, saves carbon emissions per parking session. These saved carbon emissions can be made available for trading on secondary markets through our app’s ecosystem and the trading proceeds shared between drivers and parking operators.

Our solution can be scaled up to include parking spaces of various types – indoor commercial, indoor residential, outdoor and hybrid – to deliver a smart transportation solution and enable green infrastructure development in smart cities and high-density urban agglomerations.
