Arindam Pal is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Director, and Founder of TechSoftX. Previously, he was the Director of Data Science and Optimization at Optym, where he made transportation companies more profitable and efficient using methods in optimization and artificial intelligence (AI). His technical expertise spans over algorithms, AI, machine learning (ML), data science and optimisation.
He has over 17 years of industrial research experience in data science, AI. ML, cybersecurity and optimisation, working for global multinational companies like Microsoft, Yahoo!, Novell, CSIRO, Cognizant, Optym, and TCS Research. He has published 37 academic research papers in reputed conferences and journals and was granted 5 patents in India, USA, and Europe. He is a technical program member for several reputed conferences and technical reviewer for many renowned journals. He holds a Ph.D. from the Indian Institute of Technology Delhi, Master of Engineering from the Indian Institute of Science Bangalore, and Bachelor of Engineering from the Jadavpur University, Kolkata, all in Computer Science and Engineering. He has been a Senior Member of ACM and IEEE from 2015.
At TechSoftX, he is responsible for developing the company’s intellectual property (IP), building new products and services, delivering the company’s developed solutions and managing the company’s overall technical R&D portfolio.

Dip Guha is the President, Director, and Founder of TechSoftX. He is a serial entrepreneur and Director of Gamma Innovation and Technology Solutions – a privately-held boutique Australian tax consulting firm specialising in research, development and innovation capital advisory. Since 2017, the firm has successfully helped Australian companies benefit by more than $25 million in the form of R&D Tax Offsets, government grants and debt capital.
His expertise spans over innovation commercialisation, business strategy and stakeholder relationship management. He has over 20 years of experience in technical research, engineering design, management consulting and innovation capital advisory. He worked with organisations such as Sasken, Agilent Technologies, KAIST, Nanyang Technological University, The University of Melbourne and ParaFlare (since acquired by Deloitte). He is the inventor of 3 U.S. patents and the co-author of 8 peer-reviewed publications. He holds an MBA from Melbourne Business School, The University of Melbourne, a M.Eng. in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University and a B.Eng. (Honours) in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from Jadavpur University. He has been an IEEE Senior Member from 2009.
At TechSoftX, he is responsible for driving the company’s sales by commercialising the company’s developed IP, developing stakeholder relationships and managing corporate finance.
